Using both the shallow and deep water, this class is a mix of cardiovascular sets, core strength building, and overall body toning. Each class ends with gentle stretching.

The Pace Makers Master's Swim Club - Age: 19 & up
This ongoing program is open to adults who like to swim! From dedicated fitness swimmers to competitive athletes, experience the motivation of swimming with other people who are as excited about swimming as you. No pre-registration required, just show up to practice and enjoy.

Lifeguard Training, Age: 15 & up
This is the standard Red Cross course for pool lifeguard certification. Successful candidates are eligible for employment as pool lifeguards.
Mondays, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Begins 2/2, Ends 4/27. No class 3/16, 3/23 & 4/20
Registration Fee: Members $250, Nonmembers $300
SwimAmerica Instructor's Training, No previous experience needed. Age: 14 & up
Through classroom work and practical applications in the pool, you will learn how to teach non-swimmers from 3 years old and up how to swim. Successful completion of this course will entitle you to work in the school-age lesson program. If you love kids and considering a future of working with young people, this is a perfect opportunity. No previous experience needed.
Sunday, 2/1 from 11 am to 5:30 pm
One, 2-hour practical is required, offered on Wednesday afternoon or Saturday morning.
