Rock the Community Day of Service

On Friday, September 30, Bard College at Simon’s Rock will hold its 5th annual Rock the Community. The event celebrates the leadership and spirit of Emily Fisher by giving back to the community. Volunteers will span out to Berkshire county sites - from Sheffield to Lenox.

Teams will head to project sites throughout the day to remove invasive species from meadows, trails, and woodlands; prepare gardens for winter; build bridges on the Appalachian Trail; write letters to troops; clean and organize buildings, and more.

Volunteers will meet at the Old Security Shack.
