Daniel Arts Center - Hillman-Jackson Gallery


The exhibition provides students, colleagues, and visitors a glimpse into the creative and professional work of the artists who teach in the Arts Division, and showcases the wide spectrum of talent of the Simon’s Rock faculty, many of whom have received prestigious fellowships and residencies, and have exhibited widely.  The show includes traditional wood-fired ceramics, abstract sculptural work in ceramics and in found objects, both landscape and portrait photography and painting, and intaglio etching and aquatint printing.

Participating artists include Ben Krupka, faculty in ceramics; Brett Evans, resident artist in ceramics; Dan Karp, faculty in photography; Aaron Turner, faculty in photography; Anthony Kirk, faculty in printmaking; Jacob Fossum, faculty in painting and drawing; John Musall, faculty in theater lighting and set design; and Monk Schane-Lydon, faculty in graphic design.
