Join us for Guided Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep), an "easy-to-do" mindfulness practice that is suitable for students who are interested in nourishing their ability to focus, manage stress, and develop self-regulation. Participants will have the option to lay down for a reclined practice but can also sit or stand for comfort as needed. Come cultivate your mindfulness skills and experience a rejuvenation of the nervous system!
