Join the Alumni Library in celebrating Professor Maryann Tebben's latest book release, Savoir-Faire: A History of Food in France, which celebrated chef Jacques Pépin calls "a superbly researched and extremely comprehensive history of the complex food of France." Maryann will read from her book and provide a brief presentation, which will be followed by a Q&A. Free and open to the public!

Maryann Tebben teaches French, and is the head of the Center for Food Studies at Simon's Rock.
