All students are invited to attend this 1-hour skills-based workshop that will teach resilience in relation to recovery from trauma. Resilience is the ability to better adapt and recover that anyone can learn and benefit from. The focus will be on building resilience skills by identifying and supporting protective factors at the individual and community levels.
