Eight Simon’s Rock students visited Muddy Brook Elementary as part of Read Across America Day. The theme for the visit was immigrant heritage. The Berkshire Eagle reported on the event.

Yu discussed how it’s more appropriate to refer to the recent holiday of Lunar New Year versus Chinese New Year, "because not just Chinese people celebrate it.”
