Focusing on strength training, this class implements the benefit of water resistance in building, toning, and sculpting all of the body’s muscle groups. Using both the shallow and deep water, this class is a mix of cardiovascular sets, core strength building, and overall body toning. Each class ends with gentle stretching.

A gentle aqua aerobics class that will help strengthen your body AND soul! For adults who are looking to get back in shape.

This ongoing program is open to adults who like to swim! From dedicated fitness swimmers to competitive athletes, experience the motivation of swimming with other people who are as excited about swimming as you. No pre-registration required, just show up to practice and enjoy.
