Adult Yoga & Fitness Classes

Bootcamp

Are you ready for a new challenge? Try this fun, group-centered workout! Sweat, cheer, laugh, motivate, and find hidden strengths as you work hard to complete exercise challenges designed to work the entire body. Expect cardio and strength movements, circuits, team efforts, and a great workout within a supportive environment!

Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Cardio Fusion

Be prepared to get your heart rate up and work hard as we sweat our way through exercises targeted to burn fat, increase strength, and improve your balance and stability. This class includes many styles of cardiovascular exercise such as low impact aerobics, step aerobics, dance, circuits, and interval training.

Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Cardio Interval & Sculpt

A fun, high-energy class that combines cardio interval training and weight training to provide an effective workout for the entire body and a calorie-incinerating burn that will last even after you leave the gym!

Tuesdays, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Core Fusion

“All movement emanates from the core.” Drawing from martial arts, Pilates, dance, Yoga, and the natural world, experience a full-body workout that centers around core stability and strength. Move with greater control and awareness. Develop centered strength, improve balance and coordination, engage focused clarity.

Thursdays, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Crosstraining

Kick off your week with this high-energy workout designed to challenge your limits! Cardio movements are combined with strength exercises and a constantly shifting pace to keep the body guessing and target overall performance. Improve strength, power, agility, endurance, focus, and more… You never know what Life may throw at you—Be fit!

Mondays, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Zumba

An exhilirating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and heatlh.

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Pilates with Props

Using a variety of equipment such as large and small exercise balls, the Magic Circle, and flex bands, this beginner/intermediate Pilates mat class helps you connect with your core. At the end of the class you will feel stretched and strong, from the inside-out!

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Pilates/Yoga Combo

This is a beginner/intermediate level class combining the continuous flow of stretching and Yoga with the core strengthing and toning fo Pilates exercises.

Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Chair Yoga

This class is a modified series of traditional poses that focus on correct biomechanics to increase vitality, flexibility, and strength. This is a great class for someone who has never tried yoga before, has concerns about injury, or would prefer the comfort of using chairs and standing poses.

Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Hatha Yoga

This is a more traditional Yoga class that involves holding poses for a span of several breaths. This practice helps develop greater awareness and focus, strength, stamina, and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Sundays, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Intermediate Yoga, Kripalu Style

Explore the balance between effort and ease... The aim of this class is to strengthen the body by sustaining more challenging postures at a moderate pace and developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. This class is ideal for those with an existing Yoga practice. Those who may be new to the practice of Yoga who feel fit and strong are also welcome.

Tuesdays, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Mind/Body-Morning

Stretch your body and stimulate your mind in this all levels Yoga class which is both educational and experiential. Each class includes meditation, pranayama (breath work), traditional Yoga postures, and relaxation techniques all woven together with some of the philosophical teachings, traditions, and history of classical Yoga. Learn how you can take the teachings of Yoga off the mat and into your life!

Wednesdays, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Mind/Body Yoga

A combination of simple Yoga postures to calm the body, breath-work to soothe the nervous system, and meditation techniques to clear the mind. Leave feeling integrated in mind and body. All levels welcome.

Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

PM Yoga to Unwind

Explore a flow of gentle stretches, breathing, and relaxation techniques to prepare for a restful night's sleep. Appropriate for all levels.

Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Rest, Restore, and Unwind

This all levels class is the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day, offering a slower, more relaxing, and gentler Yoga experience. You will be guided through meditation and breath-work (pranayama) to calm the mind, gentle movement combined with restorative (supported) Yoga postures to soothe the body, and complete the class with an extended deep relaxation experience of Divine Sleep© Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and peaceful.

Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Slow Flow Power Yoga

A class designed to deliver a well-balanced Yoga work-out. For those in good condition or experienced in Yoga.

Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow

A breath-oriented flowing sequence of Yoga poses. Enjoy the many benefits of Flow Yoga, including increased strength and flexibility. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! Beginner to intermediate level.

Saturdays, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Yoga On the Ball

With the aid of a physio ball, we explore what it is like to surrender into the support which is here. Give in to gravity and grace while stretching, balancing, bouncing, spiraling, and tasting the art of relaxation and letting go!
