Adult Yoga & Fitness Classes

Cardio Interval Sculpt

A fun, high-energy class that combines cardio interval training and weight training to provide an effective workout for the entire body and a calorie-incinerating burn that will last even after you leave the gym!

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Core Plus More

This class combines core exercises and yoga for a total body workout focused on developing core strength, overall muscular strength, postural alignment and flexibility.

Tuesdays, 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Movin' & Groovin'

Get your groove on with this fun, playful, high-energy class! Easy to follow dance steps, retro-aerobics, and kick-boxing moves are combined with intervals of resistance training to create a pumping, thumping, innovative work-out. Move to a hot musical mix of current hits, world-beat, disco, soul, rock, and funk. Emphasis is on cardiovascular endurance, coordination, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility.

Pilates with Props

Using a variety of equipment such as large and small exercise balls, the Magic Circle, and flex bands, this Pilates mat class helps you connect with your core. At the end of the class you will feel stretched and strong, from the inside-out!

Beginner/intermediate level
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Workout on the Ball

This is a fun and challenging class that makes use of the stability ball. Improve core strength, balance, and flexibility. Begin your day "on the ball" with a good workout! 

Mondays, 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Active Yoga Flow

This yoga flow class, focused on the spinal wave movements and sequences of Kali Ray Tri Yoga with the addition of the peaceful flow and conscious thought of Iyengar.

Beginner/intermediate level
Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Chair Yoga

This class is a modified series of traditional poses that focus on correct biomechanics to increase vitality, flexibility, and strength. This is a great class for someone who has never tried yoga before, has concerns about injury, or would prefer the comfort of using chairs and standing poses.

Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Gentle Yoga

This class is designed to give the beginner a good foundation by focusing on the basics of breathing, flexibility, and relaxation.

Mondays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Hatha Yoga

This is a more traditional Yoga class that involves holding poses for a span of several breaths. This practice helps develop greater awareness and focus, strength, stamina, and flexibility.

All levels
Sundays, 10:00-11:15 a.m.

Kali Ray Yoga

This class builds upon the fundamental postures and sequences of Kali Ray TriYoga while challenging your body.

Intermediate level
Fridays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga Flow

A breath-oriented sequence of Yoga poses. Enjoy the many benefits of Flow Yoga, including increased strength and flexibility. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!  

Beginner to intermediate level
Saturdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Yoga Flow - Basics

This Basics class is the foundation of freeing hips and spine using bolsters, belts, blankets and blocks to ensure comfort and alignment. You are either on your back or against the wall for added support and some spinal wave-like cat flows.

Beginner level
Thursdays, 6:00-7:15 p.m.

Yoga Flow - Level I

This level one class will focus on correct alignment, your breath, expansion in all directions and setting a foundation for a steady, comfortable flow and sustaining asanas.

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Yoga On the Ball

This is class combining traditional Yoga poses and the stability ball to increase range of motion, stretching, and core strengthening.
