Low impact aerobics with some challenging plyometrics to get that heart pumping, followed by strength training using dumbbells, body weight, and the stability ball. Class will finish with some core conditioning and stretching. A great way to end your Monday and feel good the whole week!

Using a variety of equipment such as large and small exercise balls, the Magic Circle, and flex bands, this beginner/intermediate Pilates mat class helps you connect with your core. At the end of the class you will feel stretched and strong, from the inside-out!

This is a beginner/intermediate level class combining the continuous flow of stretching and Yoga with the core strengthing and toning fo Pilates exercises.

In this class, we will use asana not only to stretch and strengthen the body safely, but to practice core habits of self-care—full breathing, healthy posture, and mindfulness. Students can expect to hold poses for at least several breaths and to develop body awareness through precision alignment instructions. Adjustments to the class will be made for injuries and varying levels of student experience.

This class is a modified series of traditional poses that focus on correct biomechanics to increase vitality, flexibility, and strength. This is a great class for someone who has never tried yoga before, has concerns about injury, or would prefer the comfort of using chairs and standing poses.

This is a more traditional Yoga class that involves holding poses for a span of several breaths. This practice helps develop greater awareness and focus, strength, stamina, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Sundays, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Explore the balance between effort and ease... The aim of this class is to strengthen the body by sustaining more challenging postures at a moderate pace and developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. This class is ideal for those with an existing Yoga practice. Those who may be new to the practice of Yoga who feel fit and strong are also welcome.
