This one hour class mixes up many styles of cardiovascular exercise, including low-impact aerobics, cardio boxing moves, step aerobics, dance, circuits and interval training. Be prepared to get your heart rate up and work hard as we sweat our way through exercises targeted to burn fat, increase strength and improve your balance and stability. Most of all, be prepared to have fun!

A weekly beginner-level Pilates class especially for women that focuses on the muscles of the pelvic floor. Would you like to get in shape “down there?” This is the class for you! Join certified Pilates and pFilates (pelvic floor Pilates) instructor Sharon True to learn some exercises that can help you develop core strength and stretch as well condition pelvic floor muscles. Everything is better when those muscles are in good shape!
Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
This is a beginner/intermediate level class combining the continuous flow of stretching and yoga with core strengthening and toning Pilates exercises. This class will be taught by our new instructor, Lynn Archambeault. Lynn Archambeault is a certified and trained Pilates/yoga and fitness instructor. She received her certification in Los Angeles at the studio of Eva Kovacs, training in Joseph Pilates classical technique. Lynn also taught for years with Eva Kovacs at her studio in LA. Lynn has been teaching exercise classes for over 30 years and enjoys helping adults become more physically limber and active.

This class is a modified series of traditional poses that focus on correct biomechanics to increase vitality, flexibility, and strength. This is a great class for someone who has never tried yoga before, has concerns about injury, or would prefer the comfort of using chairs and standing poses.
Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
This class is designed to give the beginner a good foundation by focusing on the basics of breathing, flexibility, and relaxation. It is a very relaxing class for intermediate and advanced participants.
Mondays & Tuesdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.
A beginner to intermediate level class focusing on the gentle flow and conscious thought of Iyengar Yoga. Basic movements and postures will be emphasized.
Saturdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
The next level of Kali Ray, this class builds upon the fundamental postures and sequences while challenging your body.
Fridays, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
Vinyasa yoga is moving with breath. The class is breath-oriented yoga with a slow flow to increase strength and flexibility. Beginner to intermediate level.
Sundays, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
This is a yoga flow class geared toward beginners and intermediates, which focuses on the spinal wave movement sequences of Kali Ray Tri Yoga with the addition of the peaceful flow and conscious thought of Iyengar.
Wednesdays, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
This Basics class is the foundation of freeing hips and spine using bolsters, belts, blankets and blocks to ensure comfort and alignment. You are either on your back or against the wall for added support and some spinal wave like cat flows.
Thursdays 6:00-7:15 p.m.
This level one class will focus on correct alignment, your breath, expansion in all directions and setting a foundation for a steady, comfortable flow and sustaining asanas.
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 p.m.
A beginner/intermediate level class combining traditional yoga poses with work on the stability ball to increase range of motion, stretching, and core strengthening.
Thursdays, 11:00 am-12:00 p.m.
