Bard College at Simon’s Rock is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Service Desk Manager at the Kilpatrick Athletic Center. This full-time position will report directly to the Member Services/Office Manager.
The Service Desk Manager’s primary responsibility will be to support the operation
of the Kilpatrick Athletic Center through the effective management of the Service
Desk, which serves as the facility’s customer service center. This includes, but is
not limited to, registration and collection for memberships and programs, generation
of monthly reports
and mailings, and supervision of Service Desk personnel.
Qualifications include point of sale and customer service management experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and database applications. Proven administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and current CPR, AED & First Aid certifications are required. This is a full-time, salaried, 12 month-a- year, on-going position with excellent employee benefits. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
