The Office of the Registrar is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We are located in the Academic Affairs Office in the Hall College Center.
The office maintains official records of student schedules and grades; publishes the course guide and coordinates the registration process for courses and independent projects. Current students may initiate schedule, advisor or class status changes through this office. Current students and alums may also request transcripts and verification letters.
Transcripts must be requested in person or in writing by mail or fax. In person, you can fill out the request form in the registrar’s office in the Hall College Center. Send written or faxed requests as a letter to the Office of the Registrar (see below).

Please note: No transcripts will be released without the student’s written authorization (signature). Transcripts will not be issued to anyone who has not met their financial obligations to the College.
