Faculty Concert: Allan Dean and Friends

Simon's Rock trumpet teacher and distinguished artist Allan Dean headlines a program of light classics for trumpet and cornetto, with the assistance of Ron Barron, trombone, Ron Gorevic, violin, and Larry Wallach, piano.  Allan has been at the forefront of American trumpet players for decades, and serves on the faculty of the Yale School of Music.  Ron Barron is the former principal trombonist of the Boston Symphony.  The program will include works by by Eric Ewazen, Manuel De Falla, Herbert J. Clarke, Scott Joplin, and others.
