Flu Clinic

Public Flu Clinic….at no out-of-pocket charge to you. If you have insurance, please bring your card. Under 18? Your parents/guardians will have to sign this release form, which you will need to bring with you to the Flu Clinic. The flu mist vaccine is also available.
