Student Union - Snack Bar

The 21 st of Febuary is recognized by the UN as the International Mother Language Day. It is a day to honor the native languages or “mother tongues” of people who had to struggle to preserve their languages. To celebrate the day, Soraya Weill will host this event with Michelle Spaulding Hill (Resident Director) and they invite all international and domestic students to participate in an informal discussion.

Each country and language will have a table in the informal lounge. Student are invited to visit each table and have a discussion with the student representative. The students at the tables each have a powerpoint with facts and key elements necessary to understanding the importance of their language.
