The Center for Food Studies welcomes Chris Hendrickson, Boston Grassroots Director of the Humane League for a talk on factory farming and its relationship to animal agriculture, the environment, and human health.  What is the impact of our current food system on animals? What is its impact on the environment? How about on human health and nutrition? And how are consumers, businesses and legislators responding? This talk will engage these questions and encourage discussion from the audience.  Free and open to the public.
