Senior Thesis: Noise as Music Installation

Mia McGiffert's Senior Thesis will  take place in the Alumni Performance Center (APC) of the Student Union and be open to the public from 3/31-4/3. The installation is a series of four musical pieces that tell four unique stories through organized noise, rather than musical tones in the general sense of which we normally think of them. The four pieces will be running on a loop with brief silences between the pieces to allow for entering and exiting the installation. I invite you to stay for all of the pieces, as the running time of the sum of the pieces is only 20 minutes, but entering and exiting between pieces is permitted.
