Associate Professor of History Justin Jackson has a new publication. Jackson’s essay “Military Mobilities: War, Occupation, and Chinese Exclusion in the Making of the U.S. Empire of 1898” was recently published in Global Labor Migrations: New Directions, eds Julie Greene, Eileen Boris, Heidi Gottfried, and Joo-Cheong Tham (Studies of World Migration series, eds. James Engelhardt and Madeline Hsu, University of Illinois Press, 2022).
