Sami Alshalwi earned his Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on Databases, Data Mining, and Bioinformatics from Case Western Reserve University in 2012, funded by a Libyan Ministry of Higher Education scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Libya, obtained in 2000.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, Sami has instructed various computer science courses and published papers in bioinformatics and sentiment analysis. His expertise extends to Machine Learning, Databases, Data Analysis, and Data Science.
Sami has two decades of industry experience, including roles as CEO of two IT companies in Libya, managing over 15 employees at each. His extensive background in both academia and industry makes him a highly skilled computer science professional.
