Students applying for January or August 2017 may use the Common Application. To apply, set up a Common Application account—use the link and Bard College at Simon’s Rock will automatically be added to “My Colleges.” Please fill out both the Common Application and Supplement with two essay questions, and look out for more information from the Admission Office at Simon’s Rock after you submit your application.
The schedule below lists important deadlines, but it also lets you know when forms will be made available to you, and when you can expect to hear back on an admission decision.
Keep in mind that completing your financial aid application as soon as possible will ensure that you receive a potential financial aid offer in a timely manner.

You can begin college at Simon’s Rock in either the fall (August) or spring (January) semester. Application deadlines are in place to guide students. We will continue to accept applications after the deadline as space and time permits; early application is encouraged. Applicants typically hear a decision within 6-8 weeks of completing their application.
All applicants will be considered for any merit scholarships for which they are eligible; no additional application is required.

Available October 1: The College Board PROFILE allows you to be considered for Simon's Rock aid, including many merit scholarships with amounts that vary on the basis of financial need. Complete the PROFILE at https://student.collegeboard.org/css-financial-aid-profile. You'll need to pay a small fee and the directions can get arduous, but it's worth the effort. (If actual income and expense figures are not available, estimate as best you can.) Our code number is 3795.
Available October 1: The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) allows you to be considered for federal and state aid, including grants and low-interest student loans that generally offer more flexible repayment options than private loans. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov (not fafsa.com). Our code number is 009645.
