ECRI Open Forum

We want to hear from you! Please join us for the second in a series of open forums as we explore directions and opportunities for a new project sprouting from the Simon's Rock Archives and the Library that we're calling the Early College Research Institute (ECRI). What is the ECRI? In addition to centering Simon's Rock in the early college movement, the ECRI will leverage and expand upon the mission of the Simon's Rock Archives, preserve and promote the early college idea, become the primary repository of materials related to early college in the United States, and facilitate scholarly research related to the early college movement.

Why open forum? We have lots of ideas for initiatives and projects, but we want to kick off the ECRI in a community spirit. After all, an archive can't exist without the people and partners whose stories we hope to tell. We're holding open forums as a series of think-ins that will help shape how the ECRI grows.
