Let the water’s natural resistance help you become stronger and more balanced. Classes use a variety of equipment to focus on specific muscle groups.
Monday through Friday 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.
A very gentle class offered at a lower price because of generous support from local COA (Council on Aging). This class combines basic fitness and stretching movement to help participants feel rejuvenated and balanced.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Combination of light lap swim, water walking/jogging, and interval exercises with resistance equipment.
Tuesday and Thursdays, 12:15 - 1:00 p.m.
Cardio and Strength Intervals in deep and shallow water with resistance equipment. Fast paced.
Wednesdays, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Age: 19 and up
Don’t let the name fool you! From dedicated fitness swimmers to competitive athletes, experience the motivation of swimming with other people who are as excited about swimming as you. Regular participation requires a U.S. Masters Swimming membership.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Fee: FREE for members, Nonmembers may pay daily or purchase a Master’s Swim Passbook: Book of 25 for $250

If you love to swim and want to help teach children learn this essential skill, we invite you to take this training and become part of the Kilpatrick aquaticsteam. No previous experience needed.
Registration Fee: Members $75, Nonmembers $100
For people who would like to utilize our expert instructional staff on an individual basis, private lessons can be arranged through Jim Hennessey
