Wellness Center Services

Health and counseling staff will work together to address your needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Students may contact the Wellness center from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, by calling.

An on-call nurse and on-call counselor are available by phone and can be reached by first contacting a community director or Campus Safety for an initial assessment of your concerns and the resources needed.

Health Services

Our Health Services staff includes registered nurses and on-site physicians who have extensive experience working with adolescents. We are available to discuss concerns, no matter how minor, and will assist you in caring for your health.

  • We counsel students with concerns about sleep, diet and stress.
  • We provide birth control.
  • We provide smoking cessation assistance.
  • We complete basic lab tests on the premises, and other necessary lab work can be drawn here and sent out.
  • We work closely with our counseling staff for students with mental health issues affecting their physical health.

Our physicians can order testing, including X-rays, as well as make referrals to the ER and local specialists as needed.
