Use Assets to create and manage reusable content.
Assets can include formatted text, unformatted text, images, code blocks, forms, and more. Insert Assets with the WYSIWYG editor. Users with Permissions can create and edit Assets with the Assets Manager (underneath Content in the main nav).

Make sure to fill out the General Properties Tab and update whenever necessary.
Include tags for the department the asset is serving. Feel free to include additional tags - within reason.
