As a service to our students and families, Simon’s Rock provides shuttle transportation for students to the following destinations:
The deadline for signing up is 9:00 a.m. 14 days before arrival or departure.
Students who have not reserved a space by the deadline will be responsible for arranging their own transportation or will incur a late fee of an additional $75.

The shuttle fees are billed to student accounts.
For each student, the shuttles can only accommodate one large suitcase plus one carry-on luggage. There will be a charge of $50 per extra bag; please ship your items to the College prior to your arrival.
Please note: Many airlines require passengers to arrive at least one full hour before plane departure. Due to variables such as weather conditions and traffic, airport arrival times are approximate. Please keep the times listed below in mind when making your travel plans:
Depending upon weather, airline departure/arrival times, cancellations and/or delays, we may occasionally alter our campus departure and airport pickup times. Students will be notified.
The Office of Transportation must be notified in the event of changes to travel plans. Please call the Campus Safety Department at 413-644-4400 if the change occurs on the day of travel or after normal business hours. Only cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled trips will be credited. If alternative arrangements are needed at times or destinations other than those listed on the Break Shuttle Schedule, please refer to the area taxi and bus services information to make your own arrangements. It is the student/parent/guardians’ responsibility to arrange and pay for any transportation not provided by the College, including any escort services for underage travelers.
