An Up-Close Look at Wildlife
Wednesday, November 30, 2016
Liebowitz Classroom 1
While we’ve often had bear sightings on campus, do you ever wonder about their behavior beyond the glimpses we get? Join us for an evening of photographs and videos of wildlife found in Berkshire County. Richard Greene, an outdoors enthusiast, will talk about a technique called “camera trapping,” discuss its use in conservation and science, and show us photos and videos that he’s taken using this technique.
This event is co-hosted by the Sustainability Committee and the Cool Sightings book project.
