Stress Whisperers is a weekly drop-in group for students that focuses on stress, what causes it, how we relate to it, and how we can take action to address it. Session topics will change weekly, but will always include a brief group discussion, group activity, mindfulness practice, and brief group reflection.
ACE credit available.
