Tony Talk: Net-Zero Waste Initiative
Monday, October 7, 2019
Alumni Performance Center - Livingston Hall Student Union
The Simon’s Rock Physical Plant and Energy Management Department invite you to a “Tony Talk” about Simon's Rock's Net-Zero Waste Initiative. The talk will be facilitated by Tony Schifano, a longtime resident of the area known for his compelling “Tony Talks.”
Tony is the CEO of Antos Environmental, for decades a global leader in sustainability. Antos campaigns to promote source reduction driving towards zero waste. If Subaru can build cars with zero landfill waste, so can a school, a hotel, a supermarket, a government, a country. Antos firmly believes the students are at the center of the solution for the future of sustainable living and planetary survival.
This talk is open to all students, staff, and faculty.
