When we allow space for ourselves to be vulnerable, to take risks, we also open up spaces to feel shame. Shame is something that impacts us all. It sends us back to a time where we feel small and misunderstood. Are there ways we can learn from this experience, and grow into a new corner of ourselves? To give ourselves wisdom, gentleness, and patience?
