ThinkFOOD 7: Eating to Save the Planet

The Center for Food Studies at Bard College at Simon's Rock presents the 7th annual ThinkFOOD conference on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4. This year's theme: Eating to Save the Planet. ThinkFOOD 7, our first-ever virtual conference hosted on Zoom, will feature panels and talks with practical takeaways to help you eat, shop, and think about food in a greener way. The event is hosted by the Center for Food Studies at Bard College at Simon's Rock, whose mission is to advance the community's knowledge of food as a cultural force and the awareness of our responsibilities as stewards of a sustainable food system.

The conference is free for all area students and Simon's Rock employees, $20 for adults with access to all panels, and $10 for keynote-only tickets. Registration is required.
