STRATEGIES FOR LOCAL CLIMATE ACTION 🦙

The climate crisis can seem insurmountable and overwhelming, but taking action where you can to reduce emissions and change business as usual can have a lasting impact. We’ll look at strategies for making change at the local level. Whether it’s implementing a drive for improving energy efficiency or pushing for change from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, every campaign can cut climate-impacting emissions and set a precedent for other local initiatives. This workshop will involve a 15-20 minute presentation followed by 15-30 minute Q&A and discussion. This event is open to all of the Simon’s Rock and Berkshire communities.
