JUST SUSTAINABILITY AND CLIMATE CHANGE SOLUTIONS AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL 🦙

Facilitators: Natalie Narotzky, Chair and Co-Founder, and Jovanina Pagano, Vice Chair and Co-Founder from the Great Barrington Sustainability and Livability Committee

6:00 - 7:00 pm EST

Join us for a presentation and discussion around just sustainability and climate change work at the local level and how communities across the United States are working towards equity, climate resilience, and carbon neutrality, including Great Barrington and what the town’s Strategic Sustainability and Livability Committee is up to. We will touch on the themes of systems change, network theory, and emergence relative to this community of practice. We will include examples of positive change, opportunities, and ways for young people to engage and consider their role in local climate justice work. During the discussion we will answer questions around how to get involved locally and more.  This event is open to all of the Simon’s Rock and Berkshire communities.
