How is your student adjusting to academic life at Simon’s Rock? In this session, you’ll hear from the Area Coordinators for the College and the Academy as well as the Dean of Academic Affairs and the Dean of Bard Academy about the challenges and expectations meeting new students.

Center for Food Studies: Apple Tasting & Press Demonstration

Compare the flavor of regional apples and sample honey from the on-campus apiary. Help press apples and enjoy hot apple cider. Honey and the Simon’s Rock Cool Sightings book will be available for purchase.

Faculty concert: a two  of harps

The Simon's Rock Faculty Concert Series presents a program of music for two harps with faculty member Teresa Mango and guest Wendy Kerner. Their program will include works from France and Spain by DeFalla, Granados, Ibert, Salzedo, Debussy, Franck, and others.

The concert is free and open to the public.
